Our fees are outlined in individual engagement letters. All payments are due within 15 days of invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to us within 30 days of service delivery.
• The request must specify the Services in question and the reasons for dissatisfaction.
• Upon review, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for Services already rendered beyond initial consultation or work already performed.
• Any third-party fees or disbursements paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
